How does the free trial work?
Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial with full access. At the end of your trial, your chosen plan kicks in automatically. Your courses and data carry over seamlessly.
What are AI tokens and how do they work?
AI tokens cover every part of ELIL that uses an external AI provider — course outline generation, lesson content, quiz writing, AI-graded free-response answers, image generation, voiceover narration, transcription, and translation. We pass through the underlying provider cost with a 100% markup, so every 100¢ of Claude/Gemini/OpenAI spend becomes 200 tokens off your balance. Ballpark costs: a fully generated 6-module course runs 500–1,500 tokens depending on depth; a 10-slide narrated video is around 150 tokens (standard voice) or 320 (premium); one AI image is about 8 tokens. Every plan includes a monthly token allowance and you can grab top-up packs anytime — they roll over rather than reset.
Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
What happens if I exceed my plan limits?
You'll receive a notification when approaching limits. For AI tokens, you can purchase additional packs. For seat limits, you'll need to upgrade your plan to add more users.
Do you offer annual billing discounts?
Yes, annual billing saves you 20% compared to monthly billing. Enterprise plans include custom pricing with multi-year discounts available.

Everything unlimited, plus SAML 2.0 SSO, multi-tenant data isolation, audit logging, white-label branding, SCORM/xAPI export, dedicated customer success manager, custom SLA, API access, and optional on-premise deployment.
Is my data secure?
ELIL encrypts all data at rest and in transit, enforces role-based access controls, and isolates each tenant's data. We conduct regular security audits and maintain documented incident response procedures. A Data Processing Agreement is available on request. Enterprise plans include SSO, audit logging, and dedicated infrastructure options.
Can I import existing courses from another LMS?
Yes, ELIL supports importing content from SCORM packages, PDFs, Word documents, PowerPoint presentations, and URLs. Our AI restructures imported content into optimized training courses.
